Additional fee is required for the Monday morning Pre-Show Workshop (So, You Want to Open a Pizzeria), Making Dough With Tony Gemignani and Thursday morning FoodCost Pro Menu Pricing Workshop.<\/p>\n

\nWe are offering a one-day pass for Thursday ONLY that will allow you to attend the Thursday morning seminars and will admit you to the show floor on Thursday (10:00 a.m. \u2013 3:00 p.m.). Registration and Show Rules<\/p>\n

All seminars, exhibits, Beer & Bull Idea Exchange\u00ae and keynote general sessions will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center – North Halls 2 & 3.
\nRegistration confirmation will be mailed. Please allow two to three weeks for processing.
\nBadges and tickets will be mailed after February 1, 2011. One Day Passes will not be mailed.
\nBadges are not transferable and must be worn at all seminars and on the exhibit floor.
\nPre-registration cut-off date is February 24, 2011.
