This will rock the World of Pizza as we know it!<\/p>\n<p>Hosted by <a href=\"http:\/\/legendsofpizza.com\">Peter Reinhart<\/a>, new website serves as a virtual meeting place and resource for people with a passion for pizza and artisan food; site includes webisodes<br \/>\nchronicling the search for America\u2019s great pizzas and pizzaiolos, recipes and video<br \/>\ncooking instructionals, expert guest blogs, and photo galleries<\/p>\n<p>Two years in the making, <a href=\"http:\/\/PizzaQuest.com\">PizzaQuest.com<\/a> with Peter Reinhart is set to go live on Monday, December 20, 2010. The website is subtitled &#8220;a journey of self-discovery<br \/>\nthrough pizza,&#8221; and that&#8217;s exactly what it is, according to host Peter Reinhart,<br \/>\nauthor of American Pie, My Search for the Perfect Pizza.  <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We set out to find the great pizzas and pizzaiolos of America and discovered all<br \/>\nsorts of other amazing artisans, and found ourselves following unexpected paths to<br \/>\nunanticipated adventures. We soon realized that our pizza quest was about a lot more<br \/>\nthan pizza,&#8221; Reinhart continued. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/PizzaQuest.com\">PizzaQuest.com<\/a> is a joint venture between Pizza Quest and Forno Bravo, a leading supplier of pizza ovens, pizza stones and pizza-making supplies. \u201cThe Internet is<br \/>\nthe perfect media to deliver Peter\u2019s passion for pizza and the artisan food<br \/>\nmovement,\u201d said James Bairey, Forno Bravo founder and president. \u201cWe think<br \/>\nPizzaQuest.com breaks new ground for food lovers everywhere.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The website features short video episodes or \u201cwebisodes,\u201d as producers Jeff Michael<br \/>\nand Brad English call them. &#8220;Each week we&#8217;ll post a new segment that chronicles our<br \/>\njourney,&#8221; said English. &#8220;Some will be parts of a larger story arc that may continue<br \/>\nfor a number of weeks, and some will be freestanding webisodes, such as our<br \/>\ndiscovery of an amazing fish taco place in Morro Bay called The Taco Temple.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Michael added, &#8220;Together, the webisodes add up to a documentary that takes Pizza<br \/>\nQuest viewers on the proverbial bus with us.&#8221; The webisodes are also being edited<br \/>\nfor later use as a 13-part television series, currently in development.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the site includes a recipe section, with video instructionals,<br \/>\nfeaturing some of the guest pizzaiolos filmed during the quests.
